SCHOOL ATTENDANCE
The start of the day and end of the day are times when important information is communicated to students and learning takes place for the entire day at school. Students coming and going also creates a distruption to the enitre class. While we appreciate sometimes these circumstances cannot be avoided we encourage you to consider if there are alternatives to the late arrivals and early departures.
If you need to collect your child early please be advised that you must come into the office to sign your child out and they will then be called from their Learning Space. We are unable to have children waiting in the office for parents.
To report your child's absence please do so via PAM, email absent@stclaresofficer.catholic.edu.au or call 5940 6777
FAMILY CONTACT DETAILS
Please ensure you provide the school with any change in contact details - address, email, phone number. It is important that we have accurate records of this information for all students and parents.

SCHOOL FEES
Term 3 fees are now payable
If your family is having financial difficulty with payment of fees, please email the school via finance@stclaresofficer.catholic.edu.au to arrange a confidential discussion and receive a Special Consideration Application Form.
