Big Day In
On Tuesday 14 December we have planned a day of excitement and celebration. There will be Jumping Castles of various shapes and sizes, Tea Cups, Ice Cream for all plus lots of other fun activities. After another year of highs and lows we wanted to provide the students with the fun day to celebrate the 2021 school year. Students do not wear uniform on this day but we ask that they wear casual clothes appropriate for the activities they will be partipating in. They will also need to take shoes off for the jumping castles, so it ay be worth labeling and sending shoes that students can get on and off by themselves.
Unfortunately to abide by Risk Assessment and COVID requirements we are unable to allow parents to join us on this day. But Parents are invited to join us for the End of Year Mass on the next day.
This day will not run to the usual timetable and while activities are in place the school gates will be closed. Should you need to enter the school between the hours of 9.30am and 2.30pm we ask you to ring the office so can access can be arranged.
Permission forms for this event will be released via PAM today for parents to complete.
End of Year Mass
Our End of Year Mass will be held on Wednesday 15 December at 9.15am outside on the "Green"...weather permitting. We invite Parents to join us as we reflect and show gratitude for the year and look forward to 2022. Parents will need to QR code check in and provide proof or vaccination or exemption, so we ask you ensure you have this information with you. We ask you to present to the gate near the Admin Building at 9.00am so these processes can be completed prior to Mass commencing.
The school Office will close at 12pm on Friday 17 December. All Office Staff are on holidays until Friday 28 January 2022. Should you need to contact us in an emergency please email admin@stclaresofficer.catholic.edu.au
Direct Debits for payment of the 2022 school fees will process as advised by email earlier this month. If you wish to make changes to your diect debot this must occur before Thursday 16 December 2021.
Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding as we have navigated the ever changing requirements around drop off, pick up, office entry, masks etc over this year. We are hopeful that 2022 will be a little more normal.
