A very BIG thank you to all those that supported our Flood Appeal last Friday.
It was been wonderful to see our students taking advantage of the amazing new play area south of the property. With delays due to weather and COVID it has been a long time coming but will be well enjoyed by all.
Susan McLean has worked with our Years 3-6 students today. They have received some valuable information around Cyber Safety. We encourage you to speak with your child tonight about what they have learnt. We remind you that there is a Parent Workshop which is being presented via zoom tonight (Wednesday 16 March) at 7pm. The zoom link is available on PAM and has been emailed to all parents.
Unfortunately we are not able to record the session so we encourage you to make all efforts to join in tonight.

You username is the email address that you have registered with the school. The first time you log in we ask that you use the forgotten password feature to set your own password.
ALL parents must access PAM to receive up to date information and grant necessary permissions. Students will miss out on events if permission is not granted.
MEDICAL INFORMATION - When you update your child's medical information in PAM - PLEASE ensure this is accurate. The school must have current up to date asthma, allergy, anaphylaxis or medical plans for those students identified with these conditions and any other medical conditions such as diabetes or epilepsy. This is to ensure we have relevant information to assist your child with the management of these medical conditions.

From St Francis Xavier College
Dear Parents, Guardians and Carers
Unfortunately, this year the College was unable to visit your child’s school to chat and answer any questions regarding transition. However, we do have a Year 7 2024 Information Evening this Thursday 17 March at 7.00pm.
This year we are conducting this event a little differently. Our presentation for the Information Evening has been pre-recorded and can be viewed at your leisure.
Here is the link to the Information Session video.
The event on Thursday evening at 7.00pm will be a live Q&A session where you can ask any questions you have about transition into Year 7. Relevant college leaders will be present to address them. This event can be joined by clicking the following link HERE.
Our Berwick and Officer Campus Captains have put together a brief tour video to assist you in finding the right school for your child.
We hope you find the information in our presentation and tour videos useful in building your understanding of our College and we look forward to supporting those who attend our Q& A session.
Kind regards
Vincent J Feeney
